What decisions did we take in the 4th study visit of Project WAAP in Madrid, Spain?

1) To prepare the common intermediate report to submit to national agencies, we'll complete the outputs of every WAAP study visit we've done so far, therefore all missing outputs of our study visits according to the application form will be determined and sent all partners by the project coordinator.
2) As you already know that Spanish team was studying on some titles related with the chapter 5 of WAAP manual and we've decided to include some of their best ones that are ;
a) Three customs that are peculiar to each country.

a) Three customs that are peculiar to each country.
b) Three important festivals and their relation to the culture, history or religion of each country.
c) Loans from the other languages of the countries in the Comenius project. (loan : A word borrowed from another language; e.g. 'blitz' is a German word borrowed into modern English)
3) As for the project WAAP's second year's main activities; we will have the same activities we have done this year plus the ones below
- The distributing of the handbooks to related people of the school environment
- More surveys (refer to Evaluation issue in the application form)
- Multicultural events day each of which includes ;
a) A final conference including a medium-long speech given by an authorized person on the title of our project
b) A live show by multicultural chorus performing songs from different cultures or a multicultural drama group performing a play related with discrimination
c) A poster designing competition results of which will be exhibited within the conference hall on the same day with the show above (the title of the poster competition: love has no color)
d) Samples from the best traditional presentations; e.g international cuisines- costumes- music fair , exhibited on boards or stands that take place after the show above is finished in the conference hall
e) Other optional shows that is completely your school's decision
4) We were supposed to do a before survey-questionnaire forming the Base-Line Data Peculiar to each school (refer to application form pg 63 output 6) which we all have done successfully and also a post-survey questionnaire after each study visit forming the new data of our school's changes after the project activities done in each school, so each team will perform some more questionnaires finding the progress in their school.
5) A WAAP agenda, just like the one we've had this year, will be published and sent to all partners before the schools re-open, explaining the overall tasks of partner schools scheduled through weeks of the year.

7) According to the new survey results done in the Spanish partner school, Mss. Ana Ralero has been selected as the ARCO (anti racism contact officer).
