1) To help all students overcome their shyness or ease their adaptation to the group, we’d better if we do a kind of workshop or game in which students can ask each other personal questions such as favorites, family, interests etc, this way they will be better to know about other students from different countries, which might make them feel more comfortable to start the cultural friendship we need.
2) To complete the chapters within the manual book published at the start of the next project year, we have tried to share the titles. While producing, keep the chapters on a medium number in pages so that some chapters can be easy to translate into your language and the whole production should be written with so understandable way that all parents can benefit easily, even the uneducated parents. Please also be very clear when giving recommendations, suggestions etc.
According to the sharing, the duties are;
3) To make things easier for everyone especially for the Spanish team, we should all prepare and send the detailed schedule of the further meeting weeks in advance so that partners could ask for allowance from their authorities easier.
4) After all these beautiful and meaningful works in her school, according to the surveys and suggestions; Ewa was chosen as the Anti Racism contact Officer in her school by her colleagues and students.
5) The new code of the conduct in our partner Poland school is that “they will have a new strategy to open their school environment to the world” which is described as doing more cross-cultural organizations through school already accepted and announced by the school administration.
6) Producing the WAAP manual book, as well as reviewing the web page “racismnoway”, one can also benefit from the book named “experiencing racism from the eyes of college students” which will be uploaded and sent to you soon.
7) If the German team finds any opportunity to arrange it, we might have an outdoor activity to mountains Alp during the Mosburg meeting either all together or divided into 2 groups one of which may have another activity rather than this.
8) Remember that according to the one of the approved decisions we took in Stockholm we were going to give teachers one day off during the further meeting, which we did in Poland and it really worked that we found really enough time to shop and work with videos and pictures
